Customer Support Representative (Remote – Delhi NCR)

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative for our Delhi NCR operations. This remote position involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; assisting with order tracking and issue resolution; and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Candidates should have good communication skills in English and Hindi and a calm, patient demeanor. Prior experience in customer support or call center is preferred but freshers are welcome. Equipment requirements: computer with broadband internet and headset. Salary range: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month based on experience.
